Private 1:1 Classes


Private 1:1 Classes from the Comfort of Your Own Home

Private classes are great for individuals that are perhaps recovering from an injury or illness or working to a particular goal. 


The past few years haev left many of us in a high state of anxiety and a 121 practise can be developed to help combat some of these feelings and create a home practise completely tailored to the individual.

Class can be conducted in your own home or my private yurt studio.

I can also offer 121 classes via Zoom, this is a secure video conferencing platform so our sessions would still be completely private. 


My Approach

Yoga is an individual practice, it's about you, it's about connecting with yourself, your body and listening to what it needs. This is something  I emphasize  in my group classes too. 


In your first session I come with a plan, but we work out what you need and what you want to achieve first, then completely tailor the session to your needs and goals.  I combine Classic Hatha postures, breathwork, meditation, Yin and Restorative techniques, to put together a practice that is right for you. 


If you choose to book a block of 4 sessions, we build up a practice over those weeks and I then create a tailored home practice plan for you to continue on your own and/or with the support of further sessions. Always adapting and addressing to your needs. The personal plan can be written or I also can create a video practise for you to follow, completely tailored to you.
