We offer Workshops on-line and in-studio throughout the year. These create time and space to focus on particular aspects of our yoga practice and allows us to connect, rest and restore in a nurturing and safe enviroment.

7 Day Kickstarter to Meditation

Restore & Rest

This workshop is designed to work therapeutically with the body and mind. We work through a number of poses, gently and deeply using the support of props; bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, to support and nurture the body, bringing about a deep sense of relaxation. All tailored to the individual.

This ensures comfort, zero stress and is completley accessible to beginners and practiced yogis alike. We then finish the workshop with a guided meditation and deep relaxation. You will leave the session with an overall sense of wellbeing, lightness and peace. 

This is a 5 star rated course, that helps you to kickstart a home meditation practise and give you a sound foundation to take it forward on your own.

Delivered via zoom every morning over 7 days we get you into the 'zone' and cover the following key aspects:
