Happening on the day...

We have Yoga (of course) Nia Dance, Zumba, Sound Healing, Bio-Field Tuning, Wild Women Circles, Reiki, Mindfulness, Voice & Writing workshops, Foraging Walks, Yoga Nidra and even a Mindful Disco After Party!

So much gorgeousness & more! There is something for everyone!

Bring a picnic, make a day of it and soak up the wellbeing vibes in-between sessions.

There will also be light refreshments available, M will be making their homemade sourdough bread & pizza's again!

Entry Fee & Proceeds:

We thought it was a great opportunity to also raise some money for SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health)

We all know hard life can be and how our mental can health can have such a significant effect on our wellbeing so this is a Charity we felt strongly we wanted to support..

Tickets for the day will be £40 and all profits will go to SAMH 

Early bird tickets of £32 are available until the 18th of August. They are selling fast!
