The last 6 months has been a bit of a roller coaster for all of us, hasn’t it? We’ve all had to adapt to this new situation we find ourselves in and the future still seems a little uncertain. As a self-employed yoga teacher I had to adapt fast to bring my classes into the virtual world and as someone who doesn’t even like having their photo taken, it's been a real personal challenge!!
I wanted to re-create my small friendly classes online to keep our sense of community and connection, which is a really important part of our overall well-being. Through this time we’ve still been able to support each other, grow and share our knowledge and experience and explore new aspects of our yoga practise together. I am forever grateful for that.
Whether practising at home or in a studio, coming to your mat, taking a breath and being present for that dedicated time had proven to be hugely beneficial for our mental and physical health. We need this even more now.
Now with the new website, we can easily book online or in-studio classes, find our favourite recorded classes & little extra sessions, catch up on news and blogs and even share our own thoughts and ideas on the group page.
So, whether you are a seasoned yogi, complete beginner, or still on the fence. Get in touch, book a class and join our yoga community. Have a look at some of the testimonials if you need a little more convincing! 😊
