An afternoon of rest, reflection and mindfulness with Lisa & Susie
Service Description
Delighted to collaborate on this little retreat afternoon with Susie from Pause & Breathe. I've known Susie for many years now and have offered sessions at her community wellbeing hub in Bonnybridge and she had held groups at the yurt. Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. She runs Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge and The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness - bringing people together in community. Susie is a Mindfulness Coach, a certified Daring to Rest Facilitator and a Qi Gong instructor. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, and she is an advocate of giving participants choice in everything she offers. So I'm sure this will be a fabulous session! Our offering This is a gentle opportunity to carve out a little time for you and reflect on the energy of January's new moon. Come rest and nourish yourself in the peace and tranquility of the yurt. We will carve out 2.5 hours to breathe, stretch, rest and rejuvinate with a specially selected combination of practises, drawing on the teachings of Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Qi Gong & Yoga Nidra inspired by the New Moon We hope you will leave feeling completely rested, nourished and restored. Plus Tea & Cake!
