Service Description
Intro to Breathwork – 30 Minute Session Discover how small changes to the way you breathe can have a big impact on your energy, focus, and sense of calm. In this relaxed session you’ll learn simple science-based techniques to improve everyday breathing, reduce stress and support better sleep. I’ll guide you through gentle exercises like slowing the breath, nasal breathing and light breathing — all suitable for every level. You’ll leave feeling more centred, refreshed, and have some practical tools you can use anytime in daily life. Bio I’m James, a qualified Oxygen Advantage® breath coach and open water swim coach, passionate about helping people breathe with more ease and confidence. I first explored breathwork to support my swimming clients, and soon found it transformed my own challenges with snoring, sleep apnea, and exercise breathlessness. Now I share these simple, science-backed techniques with others — from improving sleep and reducing stress to boosting performance in sport and daily life.
