Service Description
Yin Yoga is a deeper, slower, supported practice, working with key elements of the body to bring about a union of body and mind. We'll be tuning into the summer season, nourishing our heart & small intestines. By using longer held poses, we put controlled, safe stresses on the body to release, strengthen and bring balance to the body and mind. We'll take you though a deep mindful practise, mainly floor based, poses are held for 3-5 minutes supported with props. We work on breath, mindfulness with the body and finish with a deep relaxation. Yin yoga is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. All you need to do it give yourself the time to release and rest. Bring your mat and a blanket. All other props provided.
