NIDRA AT THE MUSEUM

Service Description

After the success of hosting this for the Outwith Festival in September, I'm super excited to be back at the Museum for another delicious Yoga Nidra session focussing on the energy of this winter season - a truly restful time. Step into the main space, bring a mat, pillow & blanket and experience a yoga nidra steeped in history. This session will focus on yogic breathing, meditation and yoga nidra to create a space to deeply rest and restore the body & mind. There will be light refreshments afterwards. Doors open from 6.45pm.
