Service Description

Back by popular demand! I'm super excited to be back at the Museum for another delicious Yoga Nidra session. Step into the main space, bring a mat, pillow & blanket and experience a yoga nidra steeped in history. This session will focus on yogic breathing, meditation and yoga nidra to create a space to deeply rest and restore the body & mind. There will be light refreshments afterwards. Doors open from 6.45pm.
