Rooted in the fundamentals of Hatha yoga, this practise combines breathwork (pranayama), poses (asana) and relaxation (savasana). We work on strength, flexibility, and balance, creating focus and a sense of overall wellbeing. Classes vary every week focusing on different themes, areas of the body, combining held postures and flowing sequences. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
