Service Description

Yin Yoga is a deeper, slower, supported practice, working with key elements of the body to bring about a union of body and mind. We'll be tuning into the Summer season and nourishing our heart, stomach and spleen. Working with vital energy. By using longer held poses, we put controlled, safe stresses on the body to release, strengthen and bring balance to the body and mind. We'll take you though a deep mindful practise, mainly floor based, poses are held for 3-5 minutes supported with props. We work on breath, mindfulness with the body and finish with a deep relaxation. Yin yoga is recommended for people with some yoga experience already. Bring your mat and a blanket. All other props provided.
