Yin Yoga is a deeper, slower, supported practice, working with key elements of the body to bring about a union of body and mind. We'll be tuning into releasing and restful energy o of the season, nourishing our lungs and kidneys. By using longer held poses, we put controlled, safe stresses on the body to release, strengthen and bring balance to the body and mind. We'll take you though a deep mindful practise, mainly floor based, poses are held for 3-5 minutes supported with props. We work on breath, mindfulness with the body and finish with a deep relaxation. Yin yoga is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. All you need to do it give yourself the tiem to release and rest. Bring your mat and a blanket. All other props provided.
