Those that have been to the WELLBEING SOCIAL the last few years will know how no one wants to leave. Consistently the feedback is "can it be longer?" So we listened and have invited Bron to create an after-party of all parties! Come join Bron & groove to the beat of your own drum in a supportive and inclusive environment. Let the music move you as you dance, sweat, and connect with others, leaving you feeling energized and alive. Bron says; *Dressing up in something fun/fancy/playful is encouraged *Come with an open mind and willingness to do something different *No dance experience necessary * I will safely guide you to dancing and moving in 'your bodies way'
