Helen's sound healing comes from a heart centred and gentle place, with her intentions rooted in supporting your own unique unfurling. Like the fern who curls upwards and unfurls as it goes, Helen's sound healing allows just that. Using a combination of instruments, singing bowls, chimes and her voice, her sounds reach deep; allowing us to relax enough to open and release. Helen creates a beautiful safe and nurturing space to invite and allow you to fully unwind. Her invitation is warmly open to anyone and everyone seeking time just to breathe, relax, and help soften the edges of their lives as they begin to unfurl.
