A trio of monthly 2 hour Nourishing workshops exploring the values of Trust, Love & Clarity and how we can cultivate this in our lives. A yummy way to spend a Saturday morning in the comfortable and calming enviroment of the yurt and support your wellbeing. You can attend all 3 sessions for just £60 or chose the theme/s that most appeal to you. May 24th Trust June 28th Love July 26th Clarity Each session will include Pranayama, Nourishing yoga, Reflection & Yoga Nidra. Plus Tea & a wee treat. £25 per session or £60 for all 3.
