Service Description

Join Lisa and Fay for an uplifting retreat to energise, feel joy in your heart and become your radiant self so that you feel all set for the busy summer ahead. The retreat is an opportunity to explore heart centred Qi gong movement, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and shamanic drumming with a delicious brunch to nourish your belly too! The day takes place at The Yoga Social’s tranquil yurt by the River Forth, the perfect setting to feel grounded and connected to nature. Schedule 9:15 Arrival 9:30 Welcome and introductions Morning session – Energising Qigong including mindful movement to stimulate your energy body and open your heart centre 11:15 -12:15pm – Brunch with free time to enjoy the grounds 12:15 Afternoon session part 1- Yin Yoga focusing on the heart meridians 13:15 Afternoon session part 2 – Relaxing Yoga Nidra, meditation and drumming journey. 2:30pm - close Seasonal Brunch A delicious brunch will be provided which includes: a selection of teas and coffee, water, fruit, homemade granola, baked goods and a whole host of goodies to nourish your body. Your Facilitators Fay Johnstone, teacher, writer & author has over twenty years experience of energy healing and combines Creative Shamanism, Elemental Qi Gong and Plant Medicine into her teaching practice. Lisa Mulube is the founder of The Yoga Social, a yoga therapist and teacher who is passionate about yoga for health and wellbeing. She draws on many yogic and therapeutic techniques to create trauma-informed practises that cater for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
