Service Description

Stef from Oak & Wildflower hosts her super popular circles in the beautiful yurt setting every month. Session Description: Join Stef of Oak and Wildflower in this "mini" Wild Women's Circle, for an opportunity to connect, reset, and leave feeling more grounded. In this cosy space, Stef will guide you through a relaxing meditation and mystery herbal tea tasting, where you will tune into your body and your senses, as you learn about a local medicinal plant, and the wild wisdom of our female ancestors. It's a chance to connect more deeply with nature, and other like-minded women. She will be offering two sessions from the Bell Tent at the Wellbeing Social for women to join and connect Bio: Stef Stewart is a Dunfermline-based foraging teacher, community herbalist and sacred circle facilitator. Through her business Oak and Wildflower, Stef runs regular foraging walks, herbal medicine workshops and Wild Women's Circles Stef has worked in the voluntary sector for several years, supporting vulnerable young people and adults in the community through many of life's challenges. Through Oak and Wildflower, her mission is to help people in the community connect more deeply with nature to support and improve their physical and mental health.
