Dorothy grew up in the Scottish Borders and was familiar with local wild foods from an early age. Inspired by her childhood foraging experiences, Dorothy studied and graduated with two degrees in Botany. She refreshed her botanical skills by completing a Certificate in Herbology at the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh during lockdown. Dorothy enjoys sharing her extensive herbal wisdom and teaching people how to forage responsibly for common wild herbs. Please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear for uneven ground.
